Our Roots

MY ISLAND was founded by a brother and sister who shared a deep love for Cuba, instilled in them by their mother who dedicated her life to supporting the island's culture. My Island Events was established in 2009, offering a range of services that celebrate Cuban heritage and traditions.

From highly skilled cigar rollers trained in Cuba's most prestigious factories to handmade domino tables crafted by Miami's most sought-after maker, we collaborate with artists and artisans of Cuban descent to bring their unique styles and personalities to our work. At MY ISLAND, authenticity is our guiding principle, keeping us rooted in our heritage and driving our growth.
