REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

At My Island Events, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations for both physical products and entertainment service bookings.

Return Window: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

• Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., cigars, spirits, food items)

• Custom or personalized products

• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact us through our website within the 30-day window. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Entertainment Services & Event Bookings

Deposits: A deposit is required to confirm all entertainment bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure performers and vendors for your event date.

Cancellation by Client:

• Cancellation 60+ days before event: Deposit forfeited; remaining balance refunded in full

• Cancellation 30–59 days before event: 50% of total booking amount forfeited

• Cancellation less than 30 days before event: 100% of total booking amount forfeited

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our website or via email.

Cancellation by My Island Events: In the rare event that My Island Events must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, performer unavailability, etc.), we will offer a full refund of all amounts paid or assist in rescheduling at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING POLICY:

1. Overview: My Island Events ships physical products to customers within the United States. This Shipping

Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

2. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are

Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will

begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a second email

with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed by 12:00 PM EST)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues,

weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, etc.).

4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping

destination, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Florida. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our services, please contact us directly.

track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking

information to become active.

7. Delivery Issues:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

My Island Events is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your

tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check

with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. My Island Events

is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If

you realize an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Damaged in Transit:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos

of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

8. Perishable or Special Handling Items:
